We had our gas hot water system changed by Geoff last month. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Initial call was full of information to allow us to do all the research we needed and no pushy sales tactic, just a caring approach to solve your issue which is what we really appreciated. Extremely organised, he even installed a mini temp heater to get us through the week! Installation was brilliant, really well priced and went out of his way to help us with everything and more. Couldn't recommend Geoff and his son Trent enough. Extremely clean, methodical work - everyone we have shown have been extremely impressed with the work done - let the pictures speak for themselves! A BIG thank you to Janey behind the scenes for making things happen with our rebate too!! We have already started recommending Geoff to people we know on the peninsula for when they need their hot water system fixed/changed/updated! We will be a lifelong customer.
